"Lenin" (and the SWP ?) come out of the shadows

Richard "Lenin" Seymour of the SWP has been given a post on Liberal Conspiracy here. Quite surprisingly he is also answering questions from the mostly negative comments. There's some interesting stuff though as he appears to be very much rowing back from the mistakes of allying with the likes of the MAB. Is this a sign of a new openness of behalf of the SWP in a desire to get out of their ghetto or (more likely) a desparate last attempt to get sympathy from others on the Left before they completely implode ?
